Following an appropriate procurement exercise having been carried out, to award a contract valued at £44950 to Nene Properties for the purpose of undertaking the works listed below at Chatteris Leisure Centre.
- Reception area carpet - Industrial scrub and clean
- Dance studio floor - Cover with Gerflor Taraflex Multi-use in light cherry or maple colour. This just needs laying on top of the existing floor.
- Male & Female Changing rooms - Replace all flooring and x2 electric showers (x1 in each room). Look to remove existing tiles and replace walls with Altro Whiterock PVC panels in white.
- Water tank in plant room – Replace like for like
- Painting - Gym and Studio sky lights. This is just water damage to the internal sill area around the sky light instead of any of the wider wall areas following previous issue with the skylights that have since been replaced.
- Roof - Clean the roof solar panels and sky lights dirt build up externally .
